Winter ‘tea’

1/2″ piece of fresh peeled ginger (scored or minced)

2 cups of purified water

1-2 tsp maple syrup

pinch of cayenne

 

Combine the ginger and water, bring to a boil.

Pour the contents into two mugs.

Add half or one teaspoon of maple syrup and a pinch of cayenne per mug.

Enjoy next to a crackling fireplace with someone you love!  ❤ ❤
